Ch.2 § 1-2

A. Said Planning Commission shall consist of five (5) voting members who shall be appointed by the City Council and may be removed by a majority vote of the City Council. B. City Council may appoint up to one (1) City Council Member to the Planning Commission as a non-voting ex-officio liaison. C. The City Council may also appoint alternate member(s) from time to time as they deem necessary. The alternate members may be removed by a majority vote of the City Council. The alternate(s) shall attend all regular and special meetings of the Planning Commission and shall act as a replacement at any specific meeting in the event of the absence, for whatever reason, of any regularly appointed member of the Planning Commission.
