The Planning and Zoning Commission heard the Wood Duck Haven 2nd Addition plat request. The packet described it as Bob Knox’s request to replat an existing outlot into one lot for a single-family home, and the signed minutes record discussion of septic soil borings, drainage and utility easements, buildable area, wetland setbacks, and the proposed driveway. Neighbor James Cooper was present and stated he had no objections. The commission carried a motion to approve the preliminary plat as long as the recommendations are complete.
