M1Pilon made a motion that at the request of the Long Horn Group #2 LLC dba The Burbon Room and Sam Eastey and Eastey Trucking, LLC the public hearing and Sam Eastey's requests for an Interim User Permit to allow an outdoor patio on a parcel zoned C-1, Commercial; Interim User Permit to allow off-street parking facilities by joint use as allowed under Section 11-6-8 of the City Zoning Ordinance and a Conditional Use Permit from Section 11- of the Nowthen Zoning Ordinance to allow deviation from the required five (5) foot parking lot setback; will be continued to a Special Public Meeting on Monday, April 27th at 7:00 PM at the City Hall.
