2. 2Capital Improvement & Equipment Replacement Plan Discussion

   Workshop discussion of the 2021 Capital Improvement & Equipment Replacement Plan, including timing, road projects, phone system, buildings, recycling center, parks, wells, septic, ditches, equipment inventory, gravel roads, and follow-up tasks.

   The Council used the workshop to discuss the 2021 Capital Improvement & Equipment Replacement Plan as a planning document that could still change and would roll into the budget. Discussion covered timing for the plan and budget, public information about road improvement projects, phone system replacement, building and well needs, recycling center work, parks, septic, ditch maintenance, equipment inventory, gravel road maintenance, and follow-up work with Joe and Shane.
